The tools of pixelmator:

Rectangular marquee- It selects in a square or rectangle

Elliptical marquee- selects in a oval type of shape

Lasso- you draw what you select

magic wand- The magic wand selects a certain area of the image

Move tool- Lets you move around Anything

Crop- Lets you crop out some of the image

Clone stamp tool- Lets you clone, or copy what you select

Pencil tool- Lets you draw or write on the image

Eraser tool- Lets you erase part of you image like a pencil

Brush tool- lets you draw on the image like the pencil

Gradient- Makes your selection gradient

Blur tool- makes stuff blurry

sharpen tool- makes colors sharper and brighter

eye dropper- Samples colors for a new foreground or background color

type tool- Lets you type on the image

Move tool- Lets you move around the image

Zoom tool- lets you zoom in or out

foreground and background colors- Lets you choose colors

edit in quick mask mode- lets you edit in red

edit in standard mode- edit in regular colors
